The kids and I decided we are going to bow to the advertising pressure and go see ST:ROTS on opening day (which means Thursday, May 19th at 12:01am in the morning). It should be fun. Tickets are already purchased.
The soundtrack to this movie is spectacular (John Williams outdoing John Williams yet again).

As expected, this was a totally awesome movie. Talk about making the "circle complete". It was truly a worthwhile trek to the threatre at midnight. :)

ReplyDeleteDidn't give in to the media pressure until Saturday...Matinee, expected the theatre to be packed, but it wasn't.

Yoda vs Palpatine was good. But the sheer emotion, energy and LENGTH of the final battle was almost beyond words. Talk about making everything work out, making sense, making you actually appreciate "why" Anakin turned (partly because he fooled himself, partly because of the expert manipulations of Palpatine).
